How we handle your data

Who: Trazat, a project based in Medellín, Colombia. Contact: capitaltechcolombia@gmail.com.

What we collect: your email and, if you answer them, two questions (where you shop and which piece is hardest to buy) and a comment, if you write one. If you arrive from a Google ad, the Google Ads tag records whether you left your email, to measure the ad.

Who else sees it: the form reaches us by email through Web3Forms, a service that only does that delivery. If you come from an ad, we also know which ad brought you.

What we count without knowing who you are: clicks on the app buttons, how many emails arrive and the country of the visit (as reported by Cloudflare). We don't store your email in that count.

Why: to tell you when the app is ready and to learn which pieces are hardest to buy. Nothing else.

What we don't do: we don't sell your data, share it for third-party advertising, or email you about anything else.

Your rights: see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email capitaltechcolombia@gmail.com with the subject delete my data.

How long: while the test lasts, and at most six months after it ends. Then we delete it.
